Since 2015

Dr. Azam Khan is an experienced general dentist who has worked in a community health center for the past 15 years, as a clinical staff dentist and an instructor. After graduating from dental school from Ohio State in 2000, Dr. Khan pursued an AEGD in Tucson, Arizona. After completing the residency program, he was hired full time to be one of their clinical staff dentists. About eight years ago, his clinic opened a brand new 18 chair clinic, and he was assigned to be the lead dentist to help run and develop the clinic. His goal was to help advance their dental department into one of the best in a community health center setting.

He also has the privilege of being the main educator for our externship program with the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. The school has many externship sites throughout the country, and fortunately, they have ranked among the top for providing a great clinical experience and patient care.
