Awesome Dental Office!
I had a dental emergency with excruciating pain due to a much needed root canal. Dr. Kode got me in at the last minute, and stayed late to complete this procedure to get me out of the sleep-interrupting pain I was in. The time, effort and genuine caring meant the world to me.

Wisdom Teeth Extraction by Dr. Lines
Quick and easy surgery that only took 30 minutes for the extraction of two wisdom teeth. I was up and walking around after an hour of surgery and had minimal swelling and bleeding. I would highly recommend Dr. Lines and Dental by Design to others looking to get their wisdom teeth removed.

Periodic Cleaning, etc.
The service and treatment with Laci was fine but Marianne is my usual hygienist and would like to have all such appointments with her from now on even if it means re-scheduling to match her schedule.

Deep Cleaning
I came in with a time limit which came up suddenly. The technician was wonderful. She had personality and seemed very competent. I felt comfortable (which is NOT my usual dental visit) and requested her for the return appointment. A very good experience!

My First Visit at Dental by Design
I have been in search of a dental office that I can call home and where I can refer my friends and family. I believe I have finally found it! I called Dental by Design because I had broken a tooth and was in pain. Not only was I able to get a same day appointment, I was greeted by a warm and responsive staff. By the end of the visit, I felt as though I had been going there for years, saying goodbye to everyone in the office by name, AND, I received prompt and professional care! The following day, I received a call from the doctor personally, asking how I felt and if there was anything that I needed! Dental by Design, thank you! Excellent
I came in for a minor discomfort on one of my teeth near an existing filling. Not only did Dr. Kode and his associate remove the minor cavity that had formed on my molar, but they made an effort to reinforce the integrity of the existing filling. The discomfort has been alleviated, and now I'm one happy, smiling customer.

All the staff at Dental by Design is extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Kode is a great dentist. I had two of my wisdom teeth out (with aesthetics) by Dr. Lines in the office and I highly recommend him. I was walking around only an hour after surgery and minimal swelling occurred. It was a quick and pain free procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kode, Dr. Lines, and the Dental by Design staff!
Exam and Cleaning
Nia is five years old and was so excited to have Marianne take care of her teeth. She is usually nervous about going to the doctor or the dentist. Now, she wants to know when her next appointment is. I told her she can get online with Mom and set it up. Excellent job! Thanks to Marianne, Dr. Kode, and the entire team at Dental by Design, the one stop place for our entire family's dental needs. We are all very happy with the services.

Dr. Kode, his assistants, and staff are still the best I have been to! Without a doubt, I was the biggest dentist phobic person, so much so that I accepted that I would just have to exist with my painful teeth. Years of medication and illness had left my teeth in utter disrepair. When I first walked into Dr. Kode's office I had broken a tooth. The way he fixed it was not only flawless but it made me feel super comfortable scheduling all of my dental work with him. The treatment plan he prescribed took three years. I'd go see him if there was any emergencies and he always schedules immediately and gets you back in shape! His assistants, Rosie and Juan, are incredibly skilled and compassionate. I can honestly say if I leave Arizona I will return to see Dr. Kode and his amazing office! Cavities, root canals, crowns and cosmetic repairs, you will not find a better dentist that does it all. Exceptional.

I cannot say enough praise for Dr. Kode and his staff. They are exceptional. I have been going there for about a year now with what started out as a broken tooth in a very old set of dentures. Dr. Kode has got to have the patience of a saint to have me keep coming back again and again until I felt comfortable with new dentures that fit the way that they should. They all make you feel like you are a part of a family at the office and they are very concerned with your comfort. With Dr. Kode's caring nature and concern for my comfort, it was such a pleasant experience. I was about to ask if they would like to adopt me when I had my last appointment! This 66 year old lady is very happy with Dental By Design and all that they represent. I would recommend to one and all.

Dr. Curry was warm and professional. The staff was friendly and lighthearted. My experience at Dental by Design was vastly different form that at my previous dentist's office (my former dentist seemed to get some sick pleasure out of poking my teeth). Just had a cavity filled today at DBD, and the experience was completely painless without any anesthetics. I would recommend to anyone.
